About Us

Since 1993, Cathy Oliva has been providing apartment homes to the residents of the West Valley. She began her business endeavor with Desert Gardens, where she offered beautiful Studio & 1 Bedroom floor plans. With the success of Desert Gardens and the high demand for larger living spaces, she created Desert Gardens II, offering spacious 2 Bedroom apartments to the community. The demand then shifted to Self Storage. Seeing the needs of the community, Cathy had Desert Gardens Mini-Storage built, completing the Desert Gardens family of properties.
