About Us Since 1993 CEO Cathy Oliva has been providing clean, safe, and affordable apartment homes to the residents of the West Valley. She began her business endeavor with Desert Gardens Apartments offering both studio and one bedroom floor plans. With the success of her first project and a high demand for larger living spaces, she created Desert Gardens II, offering spacious two bedrooms for the public. The demand then shifted to self-storage and once again Mrs. Oliva answered the request of the local community. The Desert Gardens Family takes great pride in our staff and is pleased that our management team has been in place since 1999. Our staff is composed of professional and knowledgeable people who truly care about their residents and customers. Thaisi, currently the Facilities Manager, is responsible for the initial rent up of this new project. She has been instrumental at both Desert Gardens and Desert Gardens II, developing and maintaining customer relations since 2002.
