Since
1993, Cathy Oliva has been providing apartment homes to the residents of the West Valley. She began her business endeavor
with Desert Gardens, where she offered beautiful Studio & 1 Bedroom floor plans. With the success of Desert Gardens and
the high demand for larger living spaces, she created Desert Gardens II, offering spacious 2 Bedroom apartments to the community.
The demand then shifted to Self Storage. Seeing the needs of the community, Cathy had Desert Gardens Mini-Storage built, completing
the Desert Gardens family of properties.
We take great pride in our staff and are privileged to have
